How to choose an Installation Company that's right for you

Ask your installer these 10 questions:

1. What is their experience?

Can-Cro has been based in Newmarket since 1996. We’re proud of each of the over 6,500 installations we’ve completed. We work with homeowners, architects, and contractors.

2. What is the warranty on their products and their labour?

Most products we carry have a 25-year warranty. The Can-Cro labour guarantee is for two years.

3. Do they have Workplace Safety & Insurance Board Coverage?

At Can-Cro, we wouldn't operate without it. We care about our staff and our customers! WSIB coverage is mandatory and for your own piece of mind and protection, any company you hire too work on your home should be able to provide proof of coverage when you ask to see it. We are committed to remain in good standing with WSIB and to our impeccable track record for safety at the workplace.

4. Do they have Liability Insurance?

At Can-Cro, we treat our customer’s property like our own. We carry insurance in case of any damage to our customer’s property during an installation.

5. What areas do they service?

At Can-Cro, we proudly serve the Newmarket and surrounding area. Our boundaries extend from Highway 7 north to Barrie and from Highway 50 east to Highway 12.

6. Do they do the work as promised in their estimates?

At Can-Cro, we strive to do everything in our power to meet our installation dates. Feedback from our customers has let us know how satisfied they've been with our attention to detail, appreciation of personal deadlines and the pride we take with respect to keeping the property as clean as possible throughout, and at the completion, of the building process.

7. Do they visit your property for an onsite estimate?

At Can-Cro we believe in meeting the homeowner, architect or contractor on the site. We want to make sure that all aspects of the structure are properly assessed so that when we give you an estimate, we stand behind it.

8. What are the payment options?

At Can-Cro we accept VISA, MasterCard, and personal cheques.

9. Do they offer a referral program?

At Can-Cro we thank our customers for referring us to their family and friends. There’s no better compliment to us. Once your referral becomes a project for us, you’ll receive a cheque in the mail to show our appreciation. * limitations apply * 

10. Do they support their local community?

Can-Cro has grown with the community and has given back by sponsoring local E.G. children's hockey and soccer teams. Support has also been given to various non-profit organizations such as the eavestrough installation on Doane House Hospice and we've committed to doing the soffit, fascia, and eavestrough on the Habitat for Humanity office. The Police Association, Firefighter's Association and local Food Drives have also had the support of Can-Cro, and as a member of the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and participant in the Annual Home Show, we are pleased to be a part of our growing community.
